HOW TO APPLY: Always wet the lips before applying a lip scrub to the lips to prevent irritation. Apply sugar lip scrub in circular motions to buff the lips dead skin cells off with your finger or with a plain lip applicator. Then rinse the lips with warm water and damp softly with a soft cloth. Then always add a moisturizer after this lip treatment (works best with our Candy Icicle Couture lipglosses) a lip oil, lip balm, lip butter, or a lip gloss to add back in the moisture.
